1ST Annual Benefit Auction - NOVEMBER 8, 2008

May Volunteer Work Days have been scheduled for the 17th, 24th, and 31st. With the start of the summer camps around the corner, we still need your help in preparing for the campers. Please plan to join us whether you can spend the day, or only have an hour or two. We greatly appreciate your support!.

We are planning another Volunteer Work Day for Saturday, October 27th. Individual, groups, families - all are welcome. Please consider organizing a group from your church to help with the many tasks needed. We have a task for every age and skill level. Please join us for a very rewarding day. A light lunch will be provided.

Due to a delay in the closing date, Kirkwood Camp & Conference Center officially kicked-off summer youth camps with great success.

The Miami Baptist Association met Friday to approve the recent purchase of Kirkwood Camp & Conference Center. Praise God! However, the date for pledges to be turned in is approaching very quickly. While church pledges have been generous, last-minute individual pledges are desperately needed before Tuesday morning so that the loan application materials will be complete. Please fill out your own pledge card and then contact your friends and family with information about how they can complete theirs—direct them to this website!
On May 5th, 2007, the newly-formed and singly-purposed Kirkwood Ministries, Inc. purchased Kirkwood Camp & Conference Center in its entirety. This site will serve as home base for those committed to the continued success.
